Eastside Suburb Condo Update

While my primary focus is urban in-city Seattle condos there are numerous new condominium projects under development in Seattle's suburbs. This post takes a look at a few of the new suburban condo projects on the Eastside.

Starpoint - Issaquah

The Starpoint features a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + den and live/work loft condominium homes on the Village Green Park in Issaquah Highlands. The two building complex is Built Green certified and Energy Star rated. The units, ranging from 800 to 1,700 square feet, start in the $300,000s. Visit the Starpoint website.

Tanglewood - Klahanie

Located at 25025 SE Klahanie Blvd, Tanglewood features 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes ranging in size from 875 to just under 1,200 square feet. With prices starting in the high $200,000s the complex has been popular with buyers. Visit the Tanglewood website.

Verdeaux - Woodinville

The Verdeaux is located 15700 116th Ave NE in Woodinville. This new construction project features 96 two-bedroom homes ranging from 1,100 to 1,300 square feet. Prices begin from the mid-$300,000s and tops out in the high $400,000s. Homes include GE Profile appliances, Rosewood & Bamboo flooring, 9′ ceilings, large decks and two parking spaces.
