If we have worked together recently you are already familiar with what a great addition Stephanie Philbrick is to the Pike Realty Solutions team. In addition to being a fully licensed WA State Realtor, which in itself is an uncommon qualification for real estate support staff, Stephanie previously worked at a real estate law firm that specialized in negotiations and escrow closings for short sales. Stephanie herself has personally negotiated and successfully CLOSED over 75 short sales for homeowners who needed to sell but were underwater in their mortgage. Short-selling is becoming an increasingly more common need for many homeowners, the problem is that most agents don’t have the knowledge, time or staff to properly handle the complexity of short sales. With Stephanie onboard, Pike Realty Solutions has become one of a select few firms in WA who can effectively serve the needs of short-sale Sellers with professionally trained, in-house negotiation staff.
