LOVE IT!!!

Great ad, because it tells a great story! Is this something you had in the paper?

Hi Julianna,  Very cute flier.   Do you ever go to real estate office with something like that to drum up business?  It is pretty persuasive.

Very creative Juliana! Great way to show what staging can do (that blue really had to go!).

Clever, Julianna! Great marketing creativity-I'm envious. Eye catching way to teach the benefits of staging.

Fantastic. It got my attention and made me laugh (loved the part about tiny tim.).

Thanks for the KUDOS all! Yes, this is part of my fall marketing. Home sellers and Realors alike all recieve this. Thanks for stopping by!

Julianna, what a creative way to get your point across.  Excellent staging too by the way.

Julianna - such a clever concept. You really know how to "spin" your story and I am sure this will be very effective.

I LOVE this!! YOU are really creative!:)

btw..your website is viewing really weird from a mac viewpoint..may want to check it)

Hi Teresa, we don't speak Mac here in Washington. Just kidding. I apologize for that, I am aware of the problem. Thanks for the kind words!

Fantastic visual staging post.  I love your graphic's.  I am in awe of all the computer marketing creativity many stager's and REA's have demonstrated.  This is something I lack but have on my "Things to learn" list.  Would you mind sharing how you did this one?

Janice --- I spend hours on a piece of marketing like a flyer or newsletter, there is no easy way except for me, I eliminate distractions and use the tools I know. Mainly MS Publisher.
