washington real estate

These were some rather unexpected shifts in market activity. I'll try to update this list again in about two weeks and not another month.

Larry,

Excellent post and again excellent work. I have a client who is selling their home in Sammamish and they have not been successful in getting it into escrow. They were refereed by their agent to me in San Diego "second one they referred" how is the Sammamish area right now?

Mike,

The market in Sammamish seems to be holding on better than most.  The average price per square foot for sold listings has acually increased and 15% of available inventory have pending sales.

I expected more of the bigger urban markets to perform higher.  Still can't complain though.
