Here's our update of traffic trends for Washington real estate web sites as observed by third party monitors. Contrary to this report, our server logs actually recorded about a 3% increase of visitors and page views. But I'm still convinced that compete.com provides the most accurate reports.

The decline of monitored sites demonstrated on the graph below reflects the anticipated seasonal drop.
