There has been a lot of talk about the FHA loan amount increase and on 3/5/08 HUD released the new FHA loan amounts. Below is a grid that details out how Spokane and Kootenai County are shaping up. Conforming Jumbo amounts remained unchanged. Good news for "iffy" credit and low down payment clients!
