How not to sell a home.... things that make you say hmm.....

Ok I don't want to bash on us agents but I kinda have to. I just came accross a listing that the agent wrote on a photo that says the "seller will paint to the color of your liking." This is the primary photo and now you have told everyone that the color of the home stinks. As an agent it's your job to spin!! That is on the atributes of the home(no other spinning neccessary.) Who are you to say maybe I love salmon as the color of my home. Sure the paint job could be shotty, that is something you discose in agent only remarks, or just wait for inspection. Better yet, have your seller repaint with a nutrual color. First impressions are everything.
