I just watched the video below reported by Conway Gittens of the Reuters news agency. The real estate market nationwide had a nice rebound in July, offering hope that the worst is over!
Consumer confidence showed a sharp rebound as well...

I've been experiencing a solid resurgence of business since President Bush signed the Housing Bill at the end of July. The inventory of homes priced under $300,000 in Mount Vernon, Burlington & Sedro Woolley is down to a 4 month supply of homes, suggesting a Seller's Market... Thats right, I said a Seller's Market.
Believe it.... It is coming.

The signs are all over the place of the nation's housing market stabilizing. The really bad parts are now limited to California, Nevada, and Florida. The rest of the country is either doing fine, or not too bad....
