Were did customer service go?

A little off of the Real Estate subject. But my buisness partner and I took our kids to a local pumpkin patch today and the service was really stinky. First they have you pay for a bracelet that is 2 dollars each and then they don't even tell you what you can do with it. It would have been nice to have a map of the farm and all of the activities that these bracelets entitled us to. Instead I just kinda wondered around and didn't do all of the things that I am pretty sure we could have done. Has anyone else had any experiences like this lately?
