Is this Good Market or a Bad Market? well, I guess it all depends on what aspect of Real Estate were looking at. This may be old news for those who have been working in this career field for a period of time, but for the un-informed.. please read.
I came into this Market at what many perceive to be worst in years, so I want to know...what declares it "The Worst". I understand the Market Values are tumbling what seems to be every day, and yes, I do understand how difficult it may be for potential Buyer's to acquire a Loan. Iam not a fortune teller so I truly cannot say where we will go from here, but I do have a feeling this Market is going to make Thousands of people Millionaires(yes, just like the great depression). For those of who taking advantage of the current conditions, good luck and congratulations, because while there are many sitting back in fear hoping to time when we will hit Rock Bottom, you are owning the Market. Going off what I mentioned earlier, about the Values tumbling and Buyers not getting approved... You know that day after Thanksgiving (black friday), when almost every single retailer store in the country has huge discounts. Well imagine, going there at 6am and only 20 of you standing in line... wouldn't that be Awesome. You would have the Whole store to go through and pick out the Best deals of the year! So... doesn't that kind of sound like what our Real Estate Market is like right now? By no means do I think this is this the correct or only answer to my question, It is just how I perceive it. Iam open to all replies, I love to hear new opinions!..
