My information comes from the RMLSWeb, which is a private website provided for real estate agents to share with the public. We have year to date: 4,651 active listings. If we didn't list one more home, it would take us 16.9 months at the present rate of selling to sell all this inventory. Year to date, we have SOLD 4,157 homes, but that is down 21.5% from last November '07. (Please remember, we are still doing better than many places in the U.S.)
Average sales price from Nov. '07-Nov. '08 fell 8.3%. (Average home sale price in Clark County last year was about $306,300 and that fell to about $280,800.) Below shows our November activity, please call me if you have questions!!
