NWMLS has posted their January, 2009 market recap. The new year has shown to have high traffic, and affordable and obtainable interest rates as low as high 4s and low 5s! Not knowing when the bottom will hit, we have entered the lowest phase of the down market and with government incentives, low interest rates and discounted prices, it has proven to be an attractive market for first time home buyers and move up buyers!
