As we are only a little over past February it is still a bit early to get a clear picture of what our Real Estate Market in Pullman Washington will be like this year. New Listings are coming on the market just about every day. Homes that are priced well and have those extra amenities and updates are the ones that are receiving the attention right now. So are those that offer that special something that sets it apart.

With respect to Single Family Homes, Condos and Townhouses we have 128 Total Listings.
Active Listings: 101
Listings Under Contract: 21
Listings Sold: 6

Fortunately, one of those Sold Listings was my buyer. And I have two more buyers set to close in the next month, with a seller whose home went pending within a few weeks of putting their home on the market here in Pullman.

Last year this time I was also unusually busy early in the year which is not typical for Pullman as we do have a real winter here. But last year the real estate market was definitely impacted by the Tax Credit. I know I had a lot of folks that I came into contact here in Pullman that were interested in the incentives of the now gone Tax Credit.

This year I am still seeing a decent amount of activity early on in the year. Let's just hope it continues to grow!
