Sammamish Neighborhoods, Tlingit on Thompson Hill
Located off Thompson Hill Road in Sammamish, Tlingit is a Native North American Term meaning "Human Beings." Although the
Tlingit people didn't inhabit this area, they were further north in British Columbia and Alaska, the term appealed to the developer of this Sammamish Neighborhood perched on Thompson Hill overlooking Lake Sammamish.
Many homeowners in Tlingit enjoy excellent western views. These higher end homes have been recently priced from the middle $600,000's to well over $1,000,000. Built primarily from the late 1980's through the 1990's they are positioned to maximize and enjoy Lake Sammamish vistas.
