Foreclosure statistics for the Seattle-Metro area and Eastside area are up all across the country. The Seattle-Metro area and Greater Eastside area are seeing the signs of an increase of foreclosure filings, but not like other parts of the country that are experiencing larger filings.

Below are charts for the Seattle-Metro area and the Eastside area of King County, WA.

Foreclosures in King County weren't so typical until the end of 2007. The financial market took a dive in September 2008 and as you can see from the charts below how the end of 2008 increased and in 2009 it was much higher in early spring/summer. This is in part of the high unemployment that King County was going through. What is the foreclosure scene going to look like in 2010? Time will tell, but do check in as I will be posting those stats for your review.
