Commercial Real Estate Acronyms From CBA Seattle Commercial Real Estate Listings

I love deciphering the code in Seattle real estate listings, but never as much as I enjoy when I comb through commercial property listings in CBA - CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) is the local Seattle area commercial real estate "MLS" for Seattle commercial real estate properties - both for lease and for sale. Our office has Seattle real estate brokers who specialize and work in both residential and commercial real estate around Seattle so it is always interesting to listen to the different lingos between the Seattle commercial brokers and the Seattle real estate brokers.
