It's best to forgive and move on

I took a class on communication a couple of years ago taught by Theresa Jabbour who lives in Toronto. ON. I thought the class was about how I can better communicate with my buyers and sellers and what i learned from that two day retreat turned my life around and taught me one real important lesson that has helped me tremendously in business and in life.

There were lots of life changing lessons taught and learned, there were about 100 people in the room and basically 100 different seminars going at once, that's because everyone has a different way of interpeting what is being taught to us.

The main point i want eveyone to take from this is what I learned that changed my life around in a instant and it can do the same for you IF YOU ALLOW IT.

The secret is release. That's it. I had bottled up hatred about lots of things going on in my life, Family issues, broken friendships, disputes, etc..., every time a memory of the particular subject came up, it reminded me of the issue and it ruined my day. Theresa taught me to release it, forget about it, forgive them, even if I knew it was not my fault, just to forget about it. "life goes on, no matter who is right or wrong, you will die someday, so it's really not that important to dwell on it" This was hard to swallow for a lot of us Men. what is harder was that Theresa wanted us to write them all down then call everyone of those people and clear the air about that subject and move on.

My list of 10 things that bothered me got reduced to zero and my life from that day on was lifted. I cannot tell you how relieved you will feel when you make that call to the friend you haven't talked to in 10 years because of a misunderstanding. We laughed about it and went on with our lives.

WOW! that's all I have to say, Just do it!
