Why are we grinding away at our jobs?

When I got into the real estate business years ago, I thought it would be easy , just sell a home and get paid thousands of dollars and drive a Mercedes Benz. That thought quickly diminished when I got my feet wet starting at the lowest on the totem pole of agents in my office. I learned some tricks of the trade from other agents like yourself, that is one of the reasons you are here and reading my blog right?

I picked up a great book a while back when I was at Tom Ferry's coaching seminar in Newport Beach ,CA. He reccommened that I read the 4 hour workweek, I procrastinated for about a month before actually making the purchase and after I read it, my whole life in real estate as I know it changed, how I wake up to how I finish my day.

Don't do like me, go out and get the book, read it , internalize it! It will make your life a lot EASIER.
