In most reported areas both sales and sale price increased in 2010.
Sales decreased in the following areas (in percent):
17% in Northwest Seattle
Sales increased in the following areas (in percent)
2% in Northeast Seattle
27% in Central/East Seattle
32% in Queen Anne/Magnolia
32% in Eastside/West of Bellevue
37% in Mercer Island
132% in Downtown Seattle
Sale price decreased in the following areas (in percent):
50% in Downtown Seattle
17% in Eastside/West of Bellevue
4% in Northwest Seattle
Sale price increased in the following areas (in percent):
1% in Mercer Island
4% in Central/East Seattle
19% in Northeast Seattle
20% in Queen Anne/Magnolia
In all reported areas combined sale price did not change as compared in 1st half of 2010 to 1st half of 2009.
In King County sales increased by 30%; sale price decreased by 7%.
