Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo and Big Tractor Pictures

These pictures were taken from the Woodland Park Zoo. My grandchildren are their quite often and one of Haiden's favorite areas is the Home Farm Exhibit. Can you tell he comes from a long line of farmers?

This is a picture taken in North Dakota on the family farm last Summer. This is from the Icelandic side of the family. Those legs are my daughter's, not Uncle Warren's. Haiden loved riding the tractor so much he didn't want to get off.

This is a picture of one of the crop sprayers. The farm is mostly a potato farm--the crop is rotated with wheat, sugar beets and soy beans. Haiden will be able to work Summer's to help earn money for college.
