Realization that I do much more than what my job title reflect I'm Real Estate Broker that specialize in Property Management here in Seattle, But I'm just the guy next door to my neighbor.

Till I got a call from My Next door neighbor last night- that their house had gotten broken into yesterday in the early afternoon.

The question come so freely from my neighbor on how to fix the miss that has happen to their house. It was a complete complement on how well I do my job. It is as if I am the central protection offers-

Having the skills and excellent vendors to fix the job before nightfall was true piece of mind for them and excellent complement to us.

Just a side note to all of you- This is the second break-in we have unfortunately been involved with this summer, another with one of our rental houses that we manage.

Same kind of thing nothing taken but credit card out and in a disarray on the floor-

They the robbers are just taking the numbers off the credit cards making it look like they were rush out without taking anything-

Lock your door and windows and put your credit cards under lock and key or a safe place that hard to find-
