Recently I read about the potential zoning changes in the South Lake Union neighborhood which would allow buildings up to 40 stories in this neighborhood. If these changes will be accepted, it will drastically change the character and feel of our city. As a houseboat resident, I would like to see a more modest aproach and want to learn more about the 65' to 240' plan mentioned in the following articles.

What do you think about the proposed changes?

As people who used to live in Seattle area, we think this would dramatically change how things are there. Will be interesting to watch.
