I hope that you were listening for the train when you were taking that second picture!
Sonny,
I like the angle from which you took the second photo. We can better appreciate the solid construction of the rails.
I had the same feelings as the first two comments. The rails look like they are used regularly so I hope you had somebody watching. Love the shot.
Sonny - Great pictures! I've been to Seattle only twice. Once in 1958, and then not again until 1994. I was amazed at the growth and the fantastic difference in the city during the 1994 visit! It's a very special place!
Second shot is VERY COOL! I'm guessing you looked both ways before you laid down on the tracks for that one!
Wow, great pictures Sonny! Playing around train tracks is dangerous! I hope you were being careful.
Morgan, Myrl, Cheryl, Brent, Gerry, Randy, Thanks for the thought of being careful shooting the train tracks, I actually asked my friend Liz Tunnell to lay on the tracks so I could take a photo of her, but we were dressed too clean to get dirty. We didn't want to walk in the middle of the tracks because that's where they dump the poop!
Great photos Sonny, I did not know you are a such creative photographer. When you are in New York city next time, you can take some awesome photos of Manhattan Real Estate!
Hi Sonny, The angle that you took the 2nd photo is inspired! I like it :~)
I love that second picture as well and think it could be entered in a photo contest! My son loves all things trains so this caught my eye!
You love these photo blogs Sonny! When are you going to write a blog!
I'm always intrigued with trains & railroads... the system that built our country, now pretty much forgotten...We have a train that runs through our small town...when I sell homes, people can start talking about it like it's not a GOOD thing to be near...and I begin reminding them of it's nostalgia and significance...the very thing that brought us HOME in America and built it out. Now not wanting to be near an airport is much more understandable to me.
