Nice dam photo, Kathy and good information if you live in Sequim. Our market is up a little this spring and fewer listings, too.
Bonnie - Thank you for stopping by. This dam will ultimately be dismantled. The powers that be were convinced that the river needs to be brought back to it's "natural" state after 80+ years of being dammed. It's supposed to bring back the salmon. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
