The market indicators here in Kitsap County WA seem to be showing a welcomed improvement in overall activity and sales. Part of this can be attributed to normal seasonal changes/dynamics, but there is clearly a notable increase of Buyer activity taking advantage of low rates and home price reductions.

Work begins Monday, May 4, and is anticipated to be complete by the end of June 2009.This project consists of widening to accommodate (2) 12-foot lanes, (1) 12-foot left-turn lane, (2) 4-foot paved shoulders and associated drainage improvements on Anderson Hill Road. A contract was awarded to Primo Construction from Sequim, Washington, on April 27, 2009.
