How to find the PERFECT HOME in Spokane Washington

In todays market there are many, many homes to chose from for buyers.  How do you, as a buyer, sift through all of them and find the right home?  How do you manage your busy lifestyle and get out to see all of the homes? 

Well, there is a tool out there that I would greatly recommend.  It's called the Home Scouting Report.  You can log on, enter your specific information on like the price and area, and it will pull up all the homes that match your criteria, along with all the information about the home, including price, address, current status (pending offer, sold, ect...). 

It is important so that you as a buyer don't waste your precious time with homes that have been sold for a month now (but they're still in the paper or magazine), or having agent after agent call you.  See, agents usually leave out certain information in their marketing so that they can get your information to call you back.
