Wenatchee: Carol's 10 Favorite Restaurants

Usually, through the process of selling a home, my husband and I become friends with my clients. That is just one of the things I love about my job. After the closing, it's not uncommon for us to get together as a foursome and go out to dinner to celebrate the new home purchase.

Always, of course, with relocating clients they insist I choose the restaurant because they don't know the good ones. So, I thought it might be kind of fun to list my 10 favorite restaurants in Wenatchee:

Mexican: Plaza Tapatia, 1650 Grant Road, East Wenatchee
El Porton, 340 Valley Mall Parkway, East Wenatchee

Chinese: The Peking, 350 Simon St., East Wenatchee

Italian: Visconti's, 1736 N. Wenatchee Ave., Wenatchee
Garlini's, 810 Valley Mall Parkway, East Wenatchee (re-evaluating due to declining service)

Pizza: Godfather's (pizza buffet), 1014 N. Wenatchee Ave, Wenatchee

For lunch: Greathouse Springs, 212 Fifth St., Wenatchee

For burgers: Dizzy D's, 501 N. Western Ave., Wenatchee

For drinks and hors d'oeuvres: Applebee's, 1300 N. Miller, Wenatchee

Coffee: Caffe Mela, 17 N. Wenatchee Ave., Wenatchee
(I know this isn't technically a restaurant but needs to be included)
