Wayne has owned and operated his inspection and appraisal business since 1985, but has recently moved from the "dark side"... oh, I mean the "wet side"... no, I mean the "west side" of the Cascade Mountains to sunny East Wenatchee. He is now ready to start offering his professional home inspection services in Wenatchee and the surrounding area. In the future, when he becomes more familiar with the market area, he will be adding his professional appraisal services as well.

Wayne is very accommodating to keep our real estate transactions moving along in a timely manner. He is extremely (and I mean extremely) knowledgeable, professional, thorough and very flexible with his schedule. He is even willing to work on week-ends (yes, including Sunday if necessary) to keep things moving smoothly. The last inspection Wayne did for me was ordered on Friday afternoon. Wayne scheduled the inspection for Saturday morning. He was very good at explaining things during the inspection and we had a very thorough report, in PDF format, on Sunday morning.
