I met this delightful young lady with her two boys at a bank owned condo open house. We looked at a couple of other ones that day.

Shortly after she started getting the daily updates, she called about this condo. It was new on the market, had been completely renovated, and was priced very aggressively.

There were a couple of offers, but we made the better offer, and landed the condo.
