Bayfield WI Prices Headed North, According to Trulia

Trulia reports that Bayfield, Wisconsin real estate prices have been trending upwards over the past month. Prices are up 0.4 per cent over the past week, according to Trulia's "Bayfield WI real estate overview" page.

The current average listing price in Bayfield is $200,200. This figure is up from $197,000 in mid-December of 2011.

There's also less available inventory in the 54814 zip code area. Listing inventories have dropped slightly since mid-December.

By contrast, prices on nearby Madeline Island have dropped by over 3% during the past month. And the average home price in the 54850 zip code (Madeline Island) dropped by 1.7 per cent ($6184) for the week ending January 11, compared with the previous week.
