Congratulation to Brodhead, WI

A few weeks ago, I had written about the small town of Brodhead, WI and their quest to bring a Smithsonian exhibit to the Green County area.

I am thrilled to report that the Brodhead group was successful.

Green County will be one of the hosts for the national Smithsonian exhibit, "Key Ingredients: America by Food”.  The exhibit will in our area from May 6 until June 17, 2011. 

Congratulation to the Brodhead Chamber of Commerce, Lea Brockman and everyone in the community who worked to make this possible.  The exhibit should be a wonderful experience for our area and a great way to showcase our local food traditions.
