Brookfield Wisconsin Home Sold by April Hayden-Munson

Another fine Brookfield Wisconsin home has been sold by April Hayden-Munson.

Brad and Teresa are very happy clients, they are now on there way to another page in their book of life, after getting their closing check from their Brookfield home. They are second time clients of mine and the last thing they said to me after closing was "We can't thank you enough for all your hard work in helping us sell our home. We hope to return to Wisconsin again some day and you will be our go to person to help us with a home."

Brad and Teresa were referred to me from another happy client in Wauwatosa Wisconsin. Teresa's cousin bought a home a couple years back with my assistance. I do most of my business by referral. I have many happy clients and always appreciate their referrals!

The market was falling when Brad and Teresa wanted to purchase and put down some roots here. They planned on being here 3 - 5 years and possibly moving back out west. I helped them sift through homes and neighborhoods and find a home that they could improve AND keep from losing money if needing to sell relatively soon.

Imagine my surprise to get a call for help from them less than a short year later.

My help was needed in getting the home show ready, they needed to move quickly back west. I walked through the home, giving them a to - do list of items to do and planned on a date to list the home. It wasn't the ideal time of year in fall - but it was the right time for their lives.

The home was listed and was shown over the winter. The first offer we received was from a couple moving up from a southern suburb. Their home was sold and they needed to find a new one to move to. During the process their buyer backed out on them, so our closing canceled as well.

On to the next offer, a few short weeks later a new family planned on their purchase. The offer and inspection went well and on to closing we went!
