It is Thursday, No that doesn't mean the week is almost over!

No WAY! It means we have two full days to kick some serious butt yet! So, on that note here is a couple of items to get you going!

Secondly, let's get the respitory and circulatory systems going! Pick up a funnel and a ping pong ball. Put the funnel in your mouth, aim it strait up toward the ceiling and try to hit the ceiling with the ping pong ball. If you can do it, I will tell you the name of the scientific law that,..... nayh! You are not getting the results from me that easily!
