The average listing price of homes for sale in Madison made a very slight decline of 1% during the past week from $249,428 last week to $247,608 this week. The median sales price for the quarter remained consistent at $210,000. There are currently 2621 homes for sale in Madison compared to last week of 2544. Foreclosures continue to hover close 180 each week.
