The average listing price of homes for sale in Madison continues to hovering around the $255,000 range. This past week there was a decrease of .2% from $255,985 last week to $255,584 this week. The median sales price for the quarter increased slightly from $185,900 last quarter to $186,750 this quarter. There are currently 2332 homes for sale in Madison, which is the same as last week.
