My introduction to activerain by no other than Tom Braatz

We are in the property management business and we are licensed Realtors. Our specialty is buying,owning and building high quality apartment communities which we buy, own, build and maintained.

I was given Tom Braatz's name to me by a friend. My friend originally told me, this guy sure likes blogging. Drinks coffee like it is no tomorrow. But he is the kind of guy who will show you how to get your name out there.

Sitting with Tom Braatz that day, was definitely an experience. Although I had a hard time understanding some of his words, the message he convey was crystal clear; that blogging and social networking is a way to get your name out there in an exponential way.
