Wow! I don't know about all of you out there, but I for one, am getting quite sick of the numbers of ways to spend the money that I don't have. It isn't funny when you keep getting bombarded by marketing individuals, who are just trying to do the same thing we are, make a living, promise you increased exposure, sales, clients, income and more. They really don't have a clue if the product will work for you and me. They are just doing what they were hired to do. Sell you a product.

Now, I don't want to make all of the products out there sound like they are a waste of money, but I want to make sure that I tell all of you that what ever it is you buy, try or ponder, it will only work if you have the right mind set.

In my prior life, I was a commercial banker with over 30 years in the profession. I was one who was quite skepticle when it came to selling Croak and Choke Insurance. In the industry we called it Life, Accident and Health Insurance. It was my job to try to sell as many loan customers this coverage. As a young banker, and more importantly, a young man, I really never saw the need for this type of coverage. I always believed that it was really too cost prohibitive to warrent the purchase. That is until I was older and saw the real benefit of the product. One never knows when trials and tragedy will strike. We never know when our last day will be. When we will be sticken with an illness that will prohibit us from making the living that we once did. Once I saw the benefit and had clients and friends thank me for selling them this product, did I see the benefit.

The same holds true today on the Real Estate Profession. We are being swampted with requests from companies who have hired individuals who for what ever reason, never used the product but none-the-less are trying their hardest to sell it to you. Remember, all of these products work. Which one works best for you is for you to determine. All of them will fail and fail miserably however, if you don't have the proper mind set about the product.

Where are you at in your career? Are you happy selling Real Estate? Is is boreing? Are you tired of the grueling days and thankless clients? The deals that all fall apart? If all of these besiege you then you can spend a thousand dollars each and every month for sales aids and other new products and your business will not do one bit better than before you had them. They are meant ot be aids. To be there to assist us in our business not do our business for us. There is no magic pill out there.
