Real Estate Broker Eric Kodner Appointed to 2012 Council of Residential Specialists Diversity Committee

I'm pleased to report that I've been appointed to the 2012 Diversity Committee for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).  In addition to serving on the 2012 National Association of Realtors Diversity Committee, this will be an opportunity for me to be actively involved in Diversity policy and planning in real estate on the national level.

2012 looks like it will be a busy and challenging year. In addition to serving on the NAR anc CRS Diversity Committees, I'm also currently 2012 Chair for the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) Cultural Diversity in Housing Committee.  Our Wisconsin Diversity in Housing Committee was recently instrumental in creating an Accessibility Features Report for MLS use which will assist both buyers and sellers in marketing/selling/locating housing that is suitable for consumers who need accessible housing.
