Interesting article on msn on giving incentives to help sell your home. I have seen in wisconsin sellers giving away trips and cash. Keep in mind some lenders may frown on that practice. Are they loaning money on the home or the home and the $3000 big screen tv?

Buyers will know if your home is overpriced. That is the reason your home wont sell. It has nothing do do if you are giving an incentive or not.
