Hard work and effort. It is something that has been instilled in our makeup for years. So has it is just as important to work smart as it is hard. As Realtors, we have a job that consists of some pretty intense critical thinking at times, social work, and just a job of balancing time, money, and emotions. Real Estate does not require us to be an "Einstein", nor does it have to be rocket science, or highly impacted polymer chemistry. It does require a sense of good judgement, a love for people, and a pure desire to make a difference in people's lives in their Real Estate purchases and selling their property.

Our day does consist of doing what we do best, and polishing our love for people, and the quality of life. We are Realtors. It is something that we don't take for granted, nor should we. It may have taken a while to sink in the enormous responsibility we have, but the reward and friendship we get in return really cannot be rallied or periled by too many other jobs or careers. The general public does know how hard we work. There are always those that may argue that fact on our behalf, gee, thanks to them, but for the most part, as Seller's agents, buyers agents, Residential, Commercial, or whatever may apply, it is nothing more than a personal relationship, and a smile that people can never forget that gets our phone calling time to time by clients and customers that have become our friends. For those wonderful friends of mine, remember that I really love barbecue!!!
