Please adopt a pet from a shelter or rescue group this Christmas!

As some of you may already know, I am a HUGE animal lover, volunteer, and activist. This post is simply to ask a favor of all of you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY A PET FROM A PETSTORE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!! INSTEAD, ADOPT A LOVABLE COMPANION ANIMAL FROM A LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTER OR RESCUE GROUP!! If you need assistance in your search, I would be more than happy to point you in the right direction. I personally see so many wonderful pets being euthanized simply for lack of space, so I urge you to do the right thing.
