The average listing price of homes for sale in Verona showed a slight decline of .4% from $423,190 last week to $421,629 this week. The median sales price increased a bit from $256,300 last quarter to $259,400 this quarter. There are currently 330 homes for sale in Verona compared to 332 last week.
