Welcome to Coldwell Banker Advantage Real Estate in Hurricane, WV

For over 100 years, Coldwell Banker has been servicing real estate needs.

Our Coldwell Banker Advantage Real Estate office is much newer than that, but we hold the same values and commitment that have kept Coldwell Banker a solid, trustworthy company.

I work as a full time REALTOR in partnership with my Dad, Pat Murphy, and our values are at the heart of our business.

Our belief is that the PEOPLE are what really matters. We want to help you sell your home because that's what you want. We want to help you find your new home because it's important to you.

As we work together, your goals become our goals, and we are a team working to help you achieve the best possible results. Real estate is complicated, with lots of paperwork and legal requirements. We can relieve you of these worries so that you can concentrate on the important tasks of preparing for your move.

We're located right in the heart of Teays Valley near the Hurricane City Park. I made this tour so you could feel at home with us before you ever visit. That's part of my job, to make things easier for you, and I take it seriously!

Enjoy the tour, and feel free to contact me regarding your next real estate transaction.

Dena, you've very welcome.  I just sent out a challenge for everyone else to let us see where they work, care to give it a try?  :o)

Great idea for a tour! Just another little nugget to save for a later day.

Sarah, this was way too cool, how do you come up with all this stuff anyway, man you must never sleep.  I cannot keep up with you and will not even try.  I do like to sleep, heehehehe

Sarah, what a nice tour of your office it looks so inviting. Thanks for taking us along today.

Very cool, Sarah. I'm working on my tour so I can add my two cents too. Need some more pics...

Great idea.

Jeff

This is a great idea! I have just started entertaining the idea of posting video tours of homes and hadn't even thought of this! Thanks!

Hi Sarah... I am currently working on my lastest "No writers block" I must ask ...how do you add the little videos. It seems that you put that one together.

thanks.

Marc - :oD

Bob - I think I inherieted ADHD from my daughter.  I let my mind wander and just follow along behind to see what it does.

Ashley - Thanks, it is a nice place.  We're friendly people around here.

Sharon - Thanks for stopping by!  Thanks for the compliment.  *^_^*

Jeff - Just read your post -- AWESOME!!  Loved that it used to be a bank, and that you can joke with clients about aspects of that and help them feel comfortable.  Good stuff!

Pamela - You can use tours for ANYTHING.  Check out the RealEstateShows.com Users Group!  (Regardless of what tours you use, you'll find great ideas there!)

CHRISTINA - Oh, those are Real Estate Shows!   Do you use them?  As an AR member, you can get it for a year for $99, all the shows you want!  (See Jeff Turner's blog, there's a button at the side.  And maybe I should have that button as much as I talk about them ... !)  They are EASY to make and so fun, I use them for ANYTHING.

They have a new feature to embed the shows in blogs and websites.  I love how it looks, and think people are more likely to watch the show this way versus the button link I was using.  All you have to do is copy some HTML code from RES (Real Estate Shows) go to the post you're writing, click that HTML button in the top bar and look for the pop-up box.  In that box, just paste the code and click Update.  Ta-dah!!  That's it.

I need to go back this weekend (if I have time) and redo my wesite.  I think instead of adding all those pictures, I will just embed a show from now on.  I love this feature so much, I may feel a need to blog about it ... !
