WV State Driving Laws Everyone should know

Make sure to remove the snow before you go!

I don't know about you but there are some things that I guess you just take for granted. With all the bad weather we have been having this year and all the snow. You kind of get tired of the daily and it has been almost daily cleaning or shoveling of snow. But you better take some additional time for your car or truck to remove the snow from it before you get on the road.

You can be pulled over for not removing the snow or not removing enough snow from your windshield. If you don't get all the snow removed you can be fined for a obstructed windshield. If you are one of the ones that just cleans off a enough to drive and you have a small window to see through. You can be fined for reckless driving if you are observed by a officer. By the way this also means salt and road grime that comes from melting snow and ice, from passing vehicles.

And one for the record just because the speed limit is 70 miles per hour. It does not mean you can do 70 mph with 6 inches of snow on the road. You may be sighted for excesive speed for the road conditions, if you are pulled over.

So to clear it all up, remove all the snow from your vehicle before you leave the house. Make sure your windshild wipers are all in working order, don't forget the blades. And don't forget the winshield wiper fluids! It may cost you more than a couple of dollars to get these things fixed before you hit the road ways. The best thing I can think of is hope SPRING IS ON ITS WAY!

No not my car! I got the hyundai in the back! I can dream!
