The magnificent, two-story, house is a Colonial Revival Queen Anne Style cottage, built in 1905. The house is located one block from the historic Greenbrier Resort. The owner, Linda Kothe, first used this property as a Bed and Breakfast and antique shop. Tastefully decorated with antiques and collectibles throughout the B&B that were for sale. Today, Linda only sales antiques in this beautiful Victorian home.

There is a large wrap-around porch that welcomes visitors. When entering this house, you walk into a large foyer; on the left is a large sitting room. You will then walk down a long hallway, passing the Formal Living Room with a beautiful fireplace and French doors to the Dining Room. If you like Victorian houses, you will enjoy browsing through the large rooms filled with antiques, and seeing the character of this 1905 Victorian house.

On your next visit to White Sulphur Springs stop by Lillian’s Antique Shop opened daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.


Directions: Take Exit 181 off of I-64 West to Route 60. Going through White Sulphur Springs on Main Street, look for the beautiful yellow Victorian House. It is one block from the Greenbrier.
