Chase Brothers Properties is the new specialty real estate company located in downtown Sheridan, Wyoming serving the greater Sheridan area, and additionally northeastern Wyoming and southern Montana. Chase Brothers Properties is owned and operated by brothers John and Galen Chase. Both have earned respect from their clients and peers largely due to their hard work and first-hand experience in the real estate segments in which they specialize. Having grown up in the area, they are well informed about local properties and investments. More importantly, they understand the importance of putting the needs of their clients first while focusing on making deals happen at the benefit of both buyers and sellers.

A special note from John and Galen:
Our tenure with Century 21 BHJ Realty was productive and enjoyable; the time came for us to redirect our marketing focus to allow us to better re-invest in the clients and properties that we represent.

We will continue to specialize in land, ranches and commercial properties and we will also work with residential buyers and sellers. Our focus will continue to be the great Wyoming and Montana land and ranches for sale. We provide the same great service we offered before, but now with more resources to offer to our clients.

Our passion and commitment to the Sheridan area runs deep. We were lucky to have been raised here and are now able to raise our families here.
