Comercial and Industrial Real Estate in Western Wyoming

This is my first attempt at "blogging". I have participated in a few others over the past number of months. I would like to get other opinions as to the state of the local ecomony here and express my opinions, if anybody is iterested.

I guess to start out with my opinion: I feel that the local economy if doing relatively good, compared to the rest of the country. I do know that there are local pockets of strength around the county, but we are doing good. One of our biggest needs currently is employees. I am in the process of gathering information as to the specific needs for employees. I am working with SWEDA (Sweetwater County Economic Association) and the local state employment offices for that information.

I feel that with the oil and natural gas reserves in our area, the trona deposits, and all of the other local companies needing so many employees, we will continue to grow well into the future.
