Bank Owned REO Home for Sale in Aguanga - Lake Riverside Estates

Prior owners kept the home in good condition, though as with bank-owned REO (real estate owned...by the bank that foreclosed on it!) homes, this home is sold in as-is conditions. When the bank takes back a home, it is not considered to be a seller with knowledge of the condition of the home, so you need to do your own inspections, have an experienced real estate agent, etc., so that you are comfortable knowing what repairs you are taking on.

I've driven by this spanish-style home on the way from Carlsbad to the desert on Cahuilla Road (Route 371) near the San Bernardino National Forest a number of times, and have wanted to snap a pic of this great sculpture on the roof every time I drive by.
Today was the day, finally. The owners run a big vegetable stand so it was the perfect opportunity on the way home late this afternoon.
If the owner created this, he or she is pretty talented. In any case, it's an interesting roof adornment. And not too far up the road from Lizard Lane. Seems appropriate.
