Whether you have been to Santa Fe or not surely you have heard of our incredible eating establishments. Whether you are looking for the locals breakfast and lunch hangout like Tia Sophias or stepping it up several notches to the reknowned Geronimo. You will not be disappointed. I believe so strongly in our restaurants that I have as one of my marketing tools a hand-out which lists many of our restaurants and phone numbers. I will list a few of my favorites below or would be happy to send you the card.
Anasazi Restaurant 505-988-3236 (Chef Martin Rios can do nothing wrong)
Cafe Paris 505-986-9162 (I love their pate)
Clafoutis 505-988-1809 (I love everything and not pricey)
Gabriel's 505-455-7000 (Can I say guacamole - made at your table)
La Casa Sena 505-988-9232 (Love the singing waitstaff)
Rio Chama Steakhouse 505-955-0765 (Great bar and bar menu besides the main restaurant)

I wanted to confess and share openly here that I have been having an affair. My better half, Platinum Home Staging, Inc. had some inkling I'm sure... Being gone all day and not answering the phone, ignoring my text messages until the next morning, actually "passing" on some jobs because I, "already have plans...."
But here it is, out there for all to see, and I'm afraid that PHS, Inc. is just going to have to be OK with this "other" party..... It has been taking all my free time, even when I thought my business was "slow" and waiting for the next wave, I knew I could always turn to my other obsession to keep my imagination running rampantly wild.
Some of you might actually know this "other party" as I have slipped up a few times and exposed some portions of .... Well,
Here it is, for all to see! My Mistress!
We have been decorating, landscaping, finding just the right accessories for, changing fabrics, refinishing antique furniture, lighting, solar panels, outdoor heaters, making it a GREEN HOUSE as well ~ you name it.
It will continue to be my "affair" as we still have a few finishing touches, and are now marketing the property for on-location filming, print ad photography, etc... NO, It's not my home (I only wish someday it might be) It's a home of one of my clients here in SoCal.

As an update to a previous post Teen room is no longer child's play, I mentioned that we took out the TV from the bedroom and placed in the Teen Loft. Now the dilemma with this bonus room is that there are essentially NO WALLS.
Imagine standing facing the main windows against the "back wall" (pictured) the 'wall' to the right is basically all French doors overlooking a central court yard. The 'wall' from the point from which I am standing that should be behind me is actually open to the main hallway of the entire upstairs with entrances to the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. The 'wall' which should be to the left is an open staircase railing and has yet another door to a 4th guest bedroom.... So with NO walls, where do you put a TV, couch, desk, table, etc???? AND still be able to view the TV without glare from the windows, or have heat from the sun?
Problems solved! Take a look at the before and afters!
Before it was a hodge-podge of mismatched furniture. The old couch was against the back 'wall' facing the room, desk was just floating in the middle of the room and the computer was on a whicker stool.
Here is the NEW ROOM, with a sequence of how to watch TV and play video games.
A new couch now anchors the room with a computer / study desk behind it for the computer.
A WI and glass coffe table keeps things looking airy; and with a touch of a remote,
the center blind comes down, and the TV comes up!
