Camarillo Real Estate Market Absorption Trend January 2012

Kathy Stoltman Search Ventura County Real Estate for Sale: Real Estate Agent in Ventura, CA

The Camarillo Real Estate Market Aborption Trend January 2012 illustrates that the average sales price for the last 3 months is only 3.4% down from the average sales price of 2010. And while that is not reason to raise the roof in celebration, it does show that prices are beginning to stabilize.

The inventory in Camarillo of lower priced property is pitiful, which does often times create bidding wars and buyers are told to bring their best offer in first!
