The Camarillo Real Estate Market Aborption Trend January 2012 illustrates that the average sales price for the last 3 months is only 3.4% down from the average sales price of 2010. And while that is not reason to raise the roof in celebration, it does show that prices are beginning to stabilize.

The inventory in Camarillo of lower priced property is pitiful, which does often times create bidding wars and buyers are told to bring their best offer in first!

The Median Sales Price Of Camarillo Real Estate was $425,000. This is less than 2010's Median Price of $442,500 by about 4%.

The total number of Camarillo's Real Estate Sales of residential units sold is 676, which is slightly less than the 2010 total of 689. This is a difference of 2%.

The Days on Market time is longer in 2011 than in 2010.

When we compare the sales data for Camarillo Real Estate Market, we see that the number of single family homes sold in Camarillo did not decrease by much, a mere 8 homes. The price of Camarillo single family homes that sold in 2011 on average decreased 3.89% from 2010.

Interesting fact that the data shows us, is the average list price to the average sales price for the Camarillo Real Estate Market remained in the 97% bracket for both years.

Camarillo CA Year-to-date Market Report for Month Ending November 2011

This report covers the residential area of Camarillo, what number of homes have sold; the highs and lows, median and average sale prices.

The first report below shows the current year to date activity through November 30, 2011. And the one below that covers last year’s activity during the same time period.

By studying both reports, you can see that in 2011, in Camarillo, there were more listings than last year; the average sales price is lower and the market time is longer. The total sales volume is slightly more this year than last year.

How to Recycle/ Dispose of your Christmas Tree in Camarillo, CA 2011

Recycling your Christmas tree is easy! Simply place it (preferably cut into three-foot lengths) next to the tan yard waste barrel on your trash collection day for two weeks after December 25.

First, remove all decorative and metal items. If you prefer to enjoy your tree well into the New Year, it can still be recycled on subsequent collection days as long as it is cut to fit inside your ‘yard’ waste barrel.

Flocked or fire-proofed trees are not recyclable; please cut them into three-foot lengths and place in the green ‘trash’ barrel.

Camarillo solid waste customers are also allowed to put out double the weekly amount of trash at no additional charge for two weeks following Christmas. Please place your extra trash in plastic or paper bags next to the barrel.
